The following two-year-old colts comprise our Adena Racing Venture III:

These eight colts will be offered in a single package comprised of 60 individual units (shares). Adena Springs will retain an ownership interest in the Racing Venture III colts and act as Racing Manager while the horses are in training and Syndicate Manager upon their retirement from racing. 

The Adena Springs team will make a concerted effort to place each of these colts in the program of trainers best suited to get maximum results on the racetrack. Syndicate members will share accordingly, proportionate to ownership, in all purse money generated by the partnership horses. Prize money won by these horses will be disbursed monthly to members. All expenses will also be divided accordingly, also in proportion with ownership. 

Upon their retirement from racing, a standard Adena Springs Farm syndicate agreement will be issued to all members for each of the horses that meet the criteria to stand stud duty there. A copy of the Adena Springs Syndicate Agreement is available for review and inspection by all interested parties.
